We are looking for a part-time Home Stylist/Stager for a busy Mississauga Team.

YOUR SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Experience providing customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Interior Home Design
  • Reliable
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Can work independently
  • Detail-oriented & highly organized
  • You love real estate, but you don’t want to sell

YOUR DAY WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assess the needs of the homeowner
  • Advise homeowner what to pack up or put into storage
  • Rearrange customers home furnishing and assist with decluttering
  • Select home accessories from our warehouse
  • Able to create a flow and an easy to navigate home
  • Create a pleasant environment
  • Able to drive the MRT Mobile (Also able to use their own vehicle)
  • When the home is sold, must be able to remove all MRT staging items and return to storage
  • Keep storage unit organized

Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting in sales and customer service of clients, conducting showings, open houses, inspections, any work that is required directly with customers and on the field for one of the Team’s top-performing realtors. This individual must be a master of customer service, experienced presenter, and highly motivated and self-driven. Individual must be available for limited travel, be learning based, goal-oriented, and extremely accountable.

  • Attending weekly sales meetings
  • Actively participating in lead generation
  • Participating in all Team client events
  • Must be available to work during the days, evenings and weekends
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic to learn new skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude

Requirements

  • Must be a salesperson or broker in good standing with the applicable Real Estate Board: Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Oakville/Milton District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), ORTIS; RECO, and CREA
  • Must have a driver’s license and a presentable car (with Insurance)
  • Must have an up to date knowledge of Oakville and area real estate
